Congratulations to the ISD who defeated the Phi Kappa Literary Society in an intense debate over whether or not the United States has an obligation to interfere in human rights crisis around the world. Both teams put up a good fight and it came down to a 2-1 decision in our favor. The team this year consisted of the alternate Luke Boggs, Elizabeth Ridgeway, Alex Monty Lucco, Alex Vey, and the winner of the best speaker award, Ms. Maya Johnson. We are currently working on uploading the ISD video within the next few days so you can see for yourself how the night went. We would also like to thank everyone involved in making this event happen including the Justice Council who pour their heart and soul into this too. We hope to see everyone there next year as more great debates are expected in the future.
