Demosthenian Literary Society

Dear Demosthenians,
It is that time of year again: Orations and Declamations.  Just as a reminder, ORATIONS are original speeches, which you must craft; DECLAMATIONS are the remaking of another’s work.
In order to give either an oration or a declamation, you must sign up, so get to Demosthenian Hall early.  You are allowed to sign up to give either an
oration, a declamation or both.  Speeches will not be timed, and the winner from each category will be announced at the spring banquet.
